Leadership Summit Workbook. Created to support the leadership and professional development of undergraduate student officers leading multiple vastly different student organizations. The membership size of the organizations ranged from 20-3,400 members. The contents of this workbook were discussed over 3 unique Summit meetings.

Experiential Learning Module. Designed and organized courses, training, and modules in different LMS for my own instruction as well as for use by other instructors. The module presented was used in multiple Canvas sites for different cohorts of learners.

5-Year Strategic Plan. Gathered data from the team and compiled a five-year plan for departmental growth. Wrote content and designed this document to present to high-level stakeholders in and outside of the institution. Additionally constructed measurable goals and objectives to be used internally.

CHOMP. Served as project manager and content creator for the complete revamp of a 4-module web-based application designed to help college students explore majors and career options. Worked with graphic designer, IT, and other SMEs to develop and successful launch application used by 10,000+.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Developed and delivered numerous for-credit college courses including first-year seminars, professional development, literature-based courses, and educational technology courses. This syllabus is from an uncommon read course.

Paper and Poster Presentation. Conducted extensive longitudinal mixed-methods research on online courses using the Community of Inquiry framework. Wrote, designed, and presented this paper and poster to showcase the study and findings at the American Educational Research Association conference. 

Adulting. Created a short digital story as a class assignment. This informational, instrucional video was later distributed to students as a resource that helped normalize the pressure associated with the first semester of college course registration. 

Instructor Online Teaching Tips Guide. Developed for 90+ instructors immediately after face-to-face Honors courses transitioned online in Spring 2020 due to COVID-19;  also provided individual instructor consultations.

Major Decision. Designed a mock-up and content for an app called Major Decision to help undecided undergraduate students explore prospective majors and careers as a class assignment.
